Vanilla and Cinnamon Oatmeal Protein Crepes

Introduction

The sweetness of a sugar cookie and the satisfaction of a fluffy belly-filling crepe! The sweetness of a sugar cookie and the satisfaction of a fluffy belly-filling crepe!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup oatmeal
    2/3 cup vanilla protein powder
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp cinnamon
    3 egg whites
    1 cup milk
    1/2 cup applesauce
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. (will seem quite liquidy)
2. Turn stove on low to medium heat.
3. Coat skillet with nonstick spray and pour batter into skillet 1/2 cup at a time until desired size and thickness is reached.
4. When bubbles begin to form on top, flip crepe.

Roll it up and eat it or serve with syrup or fruit!
