Directions

Combine all ingredients into a blender. If you don't have Greek yogurt, you could either use plain yogurt or a full cup of buttermilk (consistency will obviously be a little thinner if you don't use yogurt).

2 tablespoons = 1 serving. This recipe makes approximately 1.75 cups (28 tablespoons) of dressing, which is about 14 servings.

If you'd like the know the brands I use:

Meijer lowfat buttermilk
Kraft light mayo with olive oil
Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese
Oikos fat free plain organic Greek yogurt
Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
