IntroductionHigh protein omelette with lots of veggies! You could lower the fat by not using a whole egg or using low fat cheese. High protein omelette with lots of veggies! You could lower the fat by not using a whole egg or using low fat cheese.
1 cup mixed veggies (broccoli, cauliflower and baby carrots)
1 clove garlic
2 deli slices hickory smoked Tofurkey
1 slice Provolone cheese
1 whole large egg
3 Tbs. egg whites
1 teaspoon olive oil
salt, pepper, dill or other seasoning
Saute med. heat in med-large non stick pan with olive oil. Set aside. Spray pan with Pam. Scramble egg mixture in a small bowl and add to pan making an egg pancake. Add cheese, tofurkey and seasonings until cooked through, fold over one side of egg mixture and you are done!!
