450 grams Ground bison 1 slice Dempster's 100% whole wheat bread 1 tbsp Heinz ketchup 1/8 cup Onion chopped 1/8 cup carrots chopped 1 large egg 1/8 cup yellow peppers 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Mix all ingredients in bowl. Press into 6 patties equal size approx 100 g a piece. Chill for approx 1 hour before cooking. Grill and enjoy with favorite topping. Note Bison burger tends to cook faster then Ground beef and doesn't shrink as much because it has less fat.
