Ingredients

    Ground beef, lean, 20 oz
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 2 packets
    Beans, Kidney beans dark, undrained
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen,
    Canned Tomatoes, undrained
    Tomato Sauce,
    Cheddar Cheese, Mexican blend

Directions

Assembly Directions: Brown ground beef and onion drain grease. Turn of heat. Add taco seasoning packets, kidney beens, corn and tomatoes to pan. Stir until taco seasonings packet is mixe in

Freezing Directions: Pour into freezer bags. Remove air seal, label and freeze.

Serving directions Thaw in refridgerator overnight. Heat in microwave or on stove top. Serve soup with your choice of garnishes, shredded cheese, sour cream, green onion, corn chips or tortillas. But don't forget to add these to your nutrition calorie count!
