Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb. chicken breasts
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    6 tsp. brown sugar
    6 tsp. fresh ginger
    3 garlic cloves, minced

Directions

Place chicken in slow cooker. You can cut the breasts in halfs to absorb more of the seasoning.
Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Reduce heat to low and cook for 6-7 hours.
Serve over brown rice.
