Summer's Magnificant Meatballs

Introduction

I used to make these very amazing, but very fattening meatballs...then I came up with this healthier version and they taste even better! I used to make these very amazing, but very fattening meatballs...then I came up with this healthier version and they taste even better!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lbs ground turkey
    1 egg white
    minced garlic (season to taste)
    crushed red pepper (season to taste)
    cilantro (season to taste)
    black pepper (season to taste)
    chopped onion (season to taste)
    1/8 cup of plain bread crumbs
    tomato sauce/spaghetti sauce (optional)

Directions

put ground turkey, egg white, seasonings, and bread crumbs, and chopped onion into a bowl and mix together with your hands. then ball meat into 1 inch size balls and place in skillet with heated olive oil or cook with sauce instead. Great for spaghettei, subs, or even eaten cold!
