Ingredients

Shrimp, 16 oz
Garlic, 3 cloves
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 plum tomato
Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
Broccoli, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
Dash of Red Pepper Flake
Dash of Pepper
Dash of lemon juice
2 tablespoons Parsley (fresh)
Directions
Peel and Devein Shrimp.
Chop Garlic.
Chop Tomatos.
Chop broccoli into bite size peices, discard stem.
Add olive oil and butter to pan on medium heat.
Add garlic, sautee for a minute or two. Do not burn.
Add red pepper flake to oil.
Turn heat up to medium high. Add shrimp to pan. Stir frequently, cook for 2 minutes.
Add broccoli to pan. Stir frequently, cook for 1 minute.
Add tomatos to pan. Stir frequently, cook for 2 minutes.
Add Pepper, lemon and parsley. Serve over pasta, over rice or by itself!
