Low Calorie Chicken Stir Fry-124 cal per serving

Ingredients

    Two pounds Chicken Breast, no skin
    3 cups green peppers
    1 cup onions
    2 cup fresh mushrooms
    2 cup pineapple juice
    2 cup water
    2 tbsp garlic powder
    1 cup fresh bean sprouts
    3 tbsp chicken brouth
    4 oz Barilla thin spaghetti
    3 tbsp soy sauce

Directions

Cook 4 oz of barilla thin spaghetti. Velvet the chicken then cook until chicken is white. Take out chicken and set aside. Cook all vegetables on stove. Once vegetables are cooked then add chicken, broth mixture, soy sause until cooked. Serve over barilla thin spaghetti.
