Ingredients

    5.5 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1/2 cup English Cucumber (with peel)
    1 tbsp. Onions, finely chopped
    1 tbsp. Celery, finelychopped
    1 small Apple, chopped
    1 tbsp. Mayonnaise, regular
    1 tsp. Creamy Horseradish
    2 tsp. Raspberry Red Chile Ginger Jam (or plain Rasp. Jam)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and serve on bread or by itself.
