Creamy Cheddar Chicken Spaghetti



Introduction

I used half whole grain and half regular spaghetti for this recipe, as it is what I happened to have when I made it and needed the info. Using one or the other only will alter the nutritional value a little. Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3 whole chicken breasts - cubed
    3 tsp minced garlic
    1 can reduced fat cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c nonfat milk
    1/2 c fat free sour cream
    1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
    1 lb spaghetti

Directions

cube chicken and cook in pan with garlic (also add salt and pepper to taste)
Mix soup, milk, and sour cream in bowl and pour into chicken. Add cheese. Let simmer.
Cook pasta as directed, then drain.
Add chicken sauce to spaghetti and serve.

Makes approx. 8 servings.
