Introduction

I like to take this to work for breakfast. I just heat it in the microwave. it helps me stay out of the cafeteria, saving money and calories. I like to take this to work for breakfast. I just heat it in the microwave. it helps me stay out of the cafeteria, saving money and calories.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    5 large eggs

    3 ounces ground sausage, cooked,crumbled and drained

    1/2 package of (10 ounce) frozen brocolli (can use spinache, if desored)

    1/4 cup diced green bell peppers

    1/4 cup diced red bell peppers

    1/4 cup onion diced

    1/2 cup shredded Mozerella cheese





Directions

preheat oven to 375

In a medium bowl, wisk eggs,
add all ingredients except cheese and wisk together. Pour into oven safe baking dish. Cook
30-40 minutes until just done.
Add cheese and cook until melted (about 2-3 minutes)

serves 6.

Can be frozen in single servings and reheated in microwave. Keeps for about 2 weeks in the freezer.
