Sonora Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

    3 cups cubed, cooked chicken
    10 6" corn tortillas, torn in pieces
    15 oz can chili w/o beans
    2 cans condensed cream soup of your choice
    1/2 cup taco sauce or salsa
    1/3 cup skim milk
    1 cup each shredded cheddar and monterey jack cheeses

Directions

Layer half of the chicken and then half of the tortilla pieces in a 3 quart baking dish.

Combine chili, soups, taco sauce, and milk in large bowl. Spoon half of the sauce mixture over the tortilla layer. Sprinkle with half of the cheeses. Repeat layers.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Let stand about 10 minutes before serving.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
