Ingredients

Filling:
3 eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 medium onion
6 baby portabello mushrooms
1 cup low-fat mozarella cheese

Crust:
2 cups flour
1cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp salt
1 cup olive oil
1/2 milk
Directions
Crust:
Mix flour and salt
Measure milk and oil, DO NOT MIX
Pour Together, add flour mixture
Stir well
Shape into 24 balls.
Place into sealed container for 15 minutes in the refridgerator

Filling:
Chop all veggies finely
Mix eggs, milk and spices together
Add veggies
Stir well.
Set Aside.

Roll out pie crust and place in mini pie tins or muffin pans.
Ladel filling into these.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Cook for 30 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 350 degree F.
