Rice Pudding

Ingredients

    4 tbsp Birds Custard Powder
    2 1/2 cups skim milk
    1/2 cup uncooked brown & wild rice
    1/2 cup raisins
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    2 tbsp steviva blend

Directions

Cook rice. Allow to cool.
Blend custard powder and steviva in a saucepan. Gradually add milk and whisk until well blended. Bring to a full boil on medium heat, stirring frequently. Add cooked rice, raisins and cinnamon.
Serve warm or chilled.

Makes 8: 1/2 cup servings
