Pepper Steak

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 pound of beef round cut thin, sliced into strips
    3 bell peppers, sliced into strips
    1 onion, diced
    1 can diced or stewed tomatoes
    1 teaspoon minced garlic
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1 tablespoon Worcestshire sauce
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 cup water

Directions

Brown meat in oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic. I use the frozen seasoning blend with onion, celery, and bell pepper to save time. Cook until tender. Add water, soy sauce, and Worcestshire sauce. Simmer until meat is tender. Add tomatoes and bell pepper. Cook until bell pepper is tender. Serve over hot rice.
