    2 packets sugar free jello (any flavor)
    1 32oz. container fat free plain yogurt

Directions

mix yogurt and jello powder together and put in microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 min. Mix thoroughly and put in a greased 8x8x2 pan and put in fridge till cold.
