Ingredients

    Orechiette pasta (1 lb pkg), 1 lb pkg hot italian pork sausage, 3 cloves garlic, 1 lb broccoli, extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Start large pot of water to boil. Remove the sausage from casings and saute in 3 tbs olive oil until cooked - approximately 8 minutes. Add garlic and pinch of crushed red pepper. Saute until fragrant. Add broccoli and saute until broccoli is fork tender. While this is going on, the past should be cooking. Everything should be ready at about the same time. Add pasta to saute pan with sausage mixture. Stir to combine. Add parmesan cheese as desired (not included in calorie list above).
