Introduction

Ingredients

    2 Md size Zucchini Peeled and sliced
    10 mushrooms sliced
    2-3 Garlic cloves
    Butter flavor non stick spray
    lawery garlic salt

Directions

In a cast iron skillet (if you have one). spray the butter flavor non stick spray. add the garlic and the mushroom and zucchini. cook til done. You can also add rosemary and dill and oregano, thyme, basil. If you want a more vibrant flavor.
