*Rhubarb, 6 cup, diced into 1/2 inch pieces
Granulated Sugar, .75 cup
kraft minute tapioca, 12 tsp
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
Nutmeg, ground, 1 tbsp
Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, 1 crust, single 9"
Mix all ingredients. IF using frozen rhubarb, let stand for 45 minutes after mixing.
Pour into pie shell...which should be in a pie pan at this point
Cover crust with aluminum foil
Bake for 30 minutes with aluminum foil on, then remove and bake for 30 with it off.
