Introduction

Ingredients

    * Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
    * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    * *Onion powder, 1 tbsp
    * Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    * Garlic, 3 tsp
    * Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 2 cup
    * *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1.5 cup
    * Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz)
    * Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1.5 tbsp
    * Regular Coffee, 6 cupS
    * Granulated Sugar, 3 tsp
    * Chili powder, 2BOTTLES

Directions

SPRINKLE THE MEAT WITH THE SEASONS AND THEN BROWN IT. AFTER BROWNED DRAIN ALL THE GREASE OUT AND WASH OFF.THROW THE CHOPPED ONIONS AND BELL PEPPERS IN THE POT AND SAUTE', THEN PUT IN THE GARLIC.WHEN SAUTEED, PUT IN THE DICED TOMATOES AND COOK THE WATER OUT.PUT IN THE TOMATO PASTE AND SPRINKLE THE SUGAR IN AND MIX WELL. ADD BACK THE MEAT INTO THE POT AND MIX WELL.. POUR IN ENOUGH COFFEE TO COVER THE MEAT MIXTURE, THEN ADD THE COCOA AND MIX WELL. SIMMER FOR ABOUT 45 MINS OR UNTIL COOKED DOWN ENOUGH FOR YOU.
