Ingredients

    Frozen Broccili
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    Kosher Salt
    Ground Black Pepper

Directions

Spread 16 ounces of frozen broccili on a jelly roll pan, drizzle with 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt(kosher), and 1 teaspoon of black ground black pepper. Broil on high 8 to 10 inches from flames for 12 minutes, turning over after 6 minutes, serve immediately or re-heat in the microwave. Makes two 1 cup srvings or four 1/2 cup servings.
