1 tbsp butter
1 cup sour cream (low fat)
1/2 cup milk (skim)
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cooked)
1 container Pilsbury biscuits, canned (6)
1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (full fat)
Heat butter over medium heat and sautee chopped onion until soft.
Combine onion, chicken, soup, sour cream and milk in bowl. Pour into 11x17 baking dish. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup cheese and biscuits.
Bake 15 minutes. Cover with remaining cheese. Cook 5-10 minutes more, until biscuits are golden.
