Fiber Pie Crust

Ingredients

    1 cup All-Bran with Extra Fiber or Fiber One
    2 tablespoons Splenda
    Other spices (optional)
    Water

Directions

Crush cereal to a powder in a zip-top bag or food processor. Add Splenda or spice(s) to taste and shake together. Dump evenly into a 9-inch springform or pie plate. Fill a pouring cup with some water and moisten fingers. Drizzle a LITTLE water at a time just to moisten crumbs. Spread and press crust evenly. Pour in pie filling and refrigerate or bake as needed.
