1/2 lb chicken breast cut into 1/2 inch strips
2 Tbs. fat-free Italian dressing
1 tsp. chili powder
1 onion, sliced
1 green pepper, cut into 1/4 inch strips
1 red pepper, cut inot 1/4 inch strips
4 Low carb tortillas
1/4 cup salsa
Lightly coat large skillet with cooking spray and heat medium-high. Add chicken, marinade and chili powder, saute until chicken is no longer pink (about 7 min). Set chicken aside and cover to keep warm.
Lightly coat the skillet with cooking spray again. Add onions, and saute until soft (about 5 min). Add green and red peppers and saute until tender (about 7 more min).
Add cooked chicken back to skillet and heat (about 2 min).
Fill each tortilla with 1/4 of the mixture and top with salsa.
