Ingredients

    2 8oz packages of Red Beans and Rice
    8 oz Tostitos Bite-size chips
    8 TB Sour Cream
    1 c Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend
    8 Tbs chopped black olives

Directions

Makes 8 servings

Prepare rice according to package directions

Spread chips on plate. Top with rice, cheese, sour cream and black olives. Garnish with optional Salsa and Jalapenos
