    1tsp Yeast
    3 cups A.P. flour
    3 Tbs Gluten Powder (this allows it to be firm and toastable or else it
    crumbles)
    1 cup Mashed potatoe flakes
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 cup oil
    1 1/2-2 cups H20
