Ingredients

    * Ground beef, lean, 12 oz
    * Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup, shredded
    * Beans, pinto, 3 cup
    * Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can
    * Tomato Sauce, 1.5 cup
    * Canned Tomatoes, 1 can
    * 1 Bag Chili Cheese fritos

Directions

Layer in order: Fritos, Beans, Meat, Tomatoes, Corn, Cheese-then repeat. End with fritos and add romato sauce. Microwave for 10 to 15 minutes. Top with cheese. Serve

  • i used ground chicken instead of beef and accidentally used way too many potatoes but it was still excellent. - 3/15/08
