Ingredients

    Frozen strawberries or any kind of berry.

    Lite Orange Juice

    Protein powder.

Directions

Put 1 cup berries and 1 cup OJ in blender and mix on the higest setting until smooth.

Then add 1 scoop protein powder and blend on low for about 10 seconds.

Pour and enjoy!!!!
