Hot milk cake (2 points)

Introduction

Quick and easy to make - excellent with strawberries added on top Quick and easy to make - excellent with strawberries added on top
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 cup Flour, white
    2 Eggs
    1 cup Sugar,
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1/2 Lemon Juice
    1 tbsp Butter
    1/2 cup Milk 1%


Directions

Combine first 7 ingredients together in bowl.

Heat butter and milk until butter melted then
add quickly to the rest of ingredients.

Pour into an 8 x 8 glass pan

Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes edges will leave side of pan.
