Lisa's Meatball Parmesan

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 cloves of garlic, chopped
    3-5 leaves of basil chopped
    1 egg
    1 egg white
    1/4 cup of flax meal
    1/4 cup of oatmeal (ground or regular depending on how you like it)
    0.5 cup tomato sauce
    1.25 lb of ground turkey
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Pasta Sauce (about 1 cup)
    3 slices of provolone cheese

Directions

1. Add first 9 ingredients and form 8 meatballs.
2. Saute meatballs until browned and cooked through
3. Place some sauce on a baking sheet, place meatballs on top of sauce, top meatballs with the remainder of the sauce, top with cheese and broil on low until cheese is melted and bubbly!!!
