Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients

    3 (15 oz) cans black beans drained and rinsed
    2 (11 oz) cans white shoepeg corn drained
    5 roma tomatoes chopped
    1 med red onion - chopped
    1/2 bunch chopped fresh cilantro
    1 1/2 tsp cumin (more to taste)
    salt & pepper to taste
    1 tbsp olive oil
    6 tbsp lime juice
    a few splashes of tobasco sauce

Directions

Combine all ingredients and chill.

Optional: garnish with chopped fresh avocado (not included in nutritional info)
