Introduction

although, the samo flour has very low carbs since it is consumed by diabetics in India and on days of worship to have a light diet, surfing the net only provided me with above nutrition data at manavata.org without providing info on the total amount or samo seeds or flour info! Ingredients

    Juwar ( Millet) flour, 0.3 cup
    samo, .3 cup
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp
    *Cumin seed, 1 tsp
    *Hot green Chili Peppers, 2 pepper, chopped fine
    Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp chopped
    Trader Joe's Sea Salt, 0.25 tsp or to taste.
    Pam or Olive oil speay or Olive oil 1 tsp for 2 dosas.


Directions

Mix everything together with water and make into a batter. Spread over greased griddle or skillet like pancakes, cover and cook for a minute on medium flame. Spray with Pam or Olive oil spray and turn over. Cook till browned and serve with tofu pepper chutney. Yum!

Makes 6 dosas at 2 each.
