Tom's Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients

    5 Bell peppers
    1.25 lb. Jennie O Ground Turkey Breast
    1 Pkg Success Boiled Brown Rice
    1 onion
    3 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
    1 Can (14.5 oz) Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, no salt added
    2 Tbsp Tomato Paste

Directions

Boil Rice
Heat olive oil, chop onion, put in pan
Add Garlic
Add Turkey cook until done
Add can of Tomatoes, cover, cook for about 5 Min
Add Tomato paste, stir in
In separate large pot, boil water
Put cleaned out peppers in, boil about 5 min, take out and let drain
Add turkey mixture to peppers
Put in oven on 350 about 20 mins
