Kiwi is a small but mighty fruit. It has as much potassium as a banana! Twice the vitamin C of an orange. And able to thin blood and lower triglycerides. Kiwi Fruit is a superfood for your heart!! Ingredients

1-1/4 Cup unsweetened apple juice, chilled
2 Cups chopped honeydew melon
1 Kiwi fruit, peeled, chopped
Directions
In a blender, combine apple juice, honeydew and kiwi. Cover and blend until smooth.
Pour into 2 glasses, if desired, garnish with honeydew and kiwi fruit.
