Introduction

This pizza is the perfect serving size for one person and it's loaded, so it's important to pre-cook the flatbread. This pizza is the perfect serving size for one person and it's loaded, so it's important to pre-cook the flatbread.

Ingredients

    1 Flatout Flatbread Wrap
    1 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim
    3 tsp Ricotta Cheese, part skim
    0.5 cup Broccoli
    54 g Fresh Mushrooms (I think it was 4-5 medium sized mushrooms)
    0.5 Tomato, medium size
    1 clove Garlic

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F. Place wrap on baking sheet and cook in the oven for about 5 min. Cut up the broccoli (I used cooked left-overs from the day before), mushrooms and tomato. Spread the garlic on the wrap, then add mozzarella cheese. Top pizza with broccoli, mushrooms, tomatoes, add ricotta cheese.
Bake at 350F for about 15 min. Enjoy!
