75 grams unsalted butter (softened)
175 grams icing sugar sifted
1tsp vanilla or other flavouring of your choice - strawberry, peppermint, lemon, raspberry, almond etc all work well
1-2 tbsp water
Food colouring (try doing half of the recipe one colour and the other half another)
Cream the sugar until smooth, gradully add the sifted sugar until all combined. Add the vanilla or other flavouring and as much of the water as needed to reach the desired consistency.
