Curried Cabbage

Ingredients

    1 tbsp xtra virgin olive oil
    1/2 c chopped red onion
    2 minced garlic cloves
    2 tbsp whole grain dijon mustard
    2 tsp hot curry powder
    1 tsp ground turmeric
    1 lg head green cabbage, thinly sliced
    1/4 c vegetable broth
    salt free tony's chachere's & blk pepper to taste

Directions

sautee onion and garlic in olive oil over md heat for approx. 2 minutes. add in mustard and spices, cooking 1 minute. add in remaining ingrediants then cook for an additional 5-10 minutes until cabbage is soft, stirring often. serves approximately 8 1 c servings
