360gr ground beef, lean
3 medium onions, diced or sliced
1 clove garlic chopped
1.5tbs olive oil
salt and pepper
peri-peri- powder to taste
chilli to taste, (chopped)
1 tin diced tomatoe
1 tin red kidney beans
200 gr. pureed avo, divided into 5 portions
150gr. old gouwda or cheddar
Flower tortillas, 7-8 inch in diameter
Add beans (drained) while simmering and let simmer for a good 45 minutes or longer, for the flavours to mix.
Line a tortilla with some lettuce leave, add a portion of meat, 25 grams of avo and 10 grams of grated cheese.
