Introduction

I might as well transcribe my whole entire cookbook! Guess which one this comes from?

You can cook this up as bread, but I prefer to make it into rolls. The recipe is for a medium yield machine.

Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1.5 C Buttermilk
    1.5 T Oil (NOT EVOO)
    3 T Honey
    1.5 tsp Salt
    2 C Flour
    1 C Whole Wheat Flour
    2 tsp Yeast

Directions

Place all ingredients in the machine. Scrape down sides if needed.

If you prefer to make just the dough, choose the dough setting.

If you prefer the bread, select Medium Crust.
You can select the Standard Cycle, but I prefer the Whole Wheat setting.
