Herb and Garlic Chicken Pouches

Submitted by: FATHIA915

Introduction

Flavorful zucchini, red and yellow peppers served on top of chicken marinated with herb and garlic marinade. I got this recipe from the Mrs. Dash website but I couldn't find the Mrs. Dash Herb and Garlic Marinade so I just used Lawry's brand and it turned out great. This recipe is incredibly simple to make with virtually no clean up and the best part is it's low fat and low carb! • I found I had to cook this for an hour at 350. Other than the minor set back in dinnertime, it was wonderful! I used precut diced pepper and onion mixture to help with prep, and we had brown rice on the side. Great meal. - 2/28/10
