2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
2 mangos, chopped
1 tsp ginger root, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 quarter of a large napa cabbage, chopped
1 bunch of green onions (spring onions) roughly chopped.
2 tbsp oil for cooking (preferably ENOVA oil -- won't burn at high temperatures)
Serve with a cup of fluffy rice and eat with chopsticks!
