Ingredients

    1 hand full of froozen mango, 1 hand full of froozen blackberries, 1 hand full of froozen blueberries, on 6oz contaner of vanilla yogurt, about 2 cups nonfat milk

Directions

place yogurt and fruit in blinder and add just a bit of the milk and blind untill smooth add more milk as needed. then enjoy.
