Sandy's Deviled Eggs

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    8 hard cooked eggs, peeled and rinsed
    2 tsp Splenda
    2 tsp cider vinegar
    1/4 cup Fat free Miracle Whip salad dressing
    Dash salt
    Dash pepper
    Scant teaspoon prepared mustard.
    Paprika

Directions

Hard cook eggs by bringing to a boil in salted water then reducing heat and cooking 10 minutes. Rinse in cold water and let cool before peeling.

Peel and rinse eggs. Cut each in half, removing yolks. Mash yolks with fork. Add the other ingredients, mixing thoroughly. Use a teaspon to dip filling into whites. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and chill eggs until ready to serve.
Makes 16 halves.
