Ingredients

    * Pasta, cooked, 16 oz
    * Shallots, 1 tbsp chopped
    * Garlic, 3 cloves
    * *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp
    salt and pepper to taste
