Ingredients

500g turkey breast, no skin
50g plain white flour
1 large egg
approx. 10 tbsp sunflower oil*
*needed for frying, but more than two thirds is left in the pan. This is accounted for in the nutritional information.
Directions
1. Cut the turkey breast into short strips - about 1" x 2" is a good size.
2. Crack the egg into a small bowl and whisk.
3. Dip the turkey slices first into the egg, then into the flour. Ensure each piece is well covered.
4. Once all the turkey is prepared, heat the oil in a large frying pan.
5. Place all the turkey in the pan, spreading the pieces out as much as possible.
6. Fry gently until the underside is golden.
7. Turn over and continue to fry until both sides are golden.
8. Drain on kitchen paper to ensure as much oil as possible is removed.
9. Enjoy!
