Introduction

Use frozen fruit. Freeze the soy milk in 2 tupperware "shot" glasses - or have it frozen in ice trays Use frozen fruit. Freeze the soy milk in 2 tupperware "shot" glasses - or have it frozen in ice trays

Ingredients

    1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    1 6" frozen banana
    1/2 cup frozen soy milk
    dash of vanilla extract

Directions

Put into blender in this order: banana into 1 " pieces, frozen milk cubes, blueberries. Puree until mixed.
Eat with a spoon!
