    1/2 cantalope 1/4 watermelon 1c fresh sliced strawberries 1c fresh blueberries 1.5c fresh seedless grapes 1 med apple pealed and cored

Cut the rinds off melons de-seed cant, slice berries and dice apple toss apple w/ lemon juice to keep from turning brown, cut melons into bite sizes.
