Grilled Asparagus

Introduction

I made this to go with our cookout for Memorial Day. It takes almost no time, except for the marinading. I made this to go with our cookout for Memorial Day. It takes almost no time, except for the marinading.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 bunch of asparagus (cut woody ends off)
    1 tbsp light soy sauce
    1 tbsp ginger, grated (or less to taste)
    1-2 tsp garlic & herb (salt-free) seasoning

Directions

Lay the asparagus in a small, shallow container (needs to lay flat). Mix soy sauce, ginger, and seasoning in a small bowl, then add to the asparagus. Let marinade for 20-30 minutes, tossing occasionally.

Grill for 3-5 minutes, until asparagus is tender.
