Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, large (6-7" dia) Olive Oil, .3 cup Dreamfields Linguine, 13 oz Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup Bread crumbs, .5 cup , toasted garlic- 5 cloves
Cut cauliflower into bite sized florets. Boil in a large pot of salted water until done. Without draining water, remove cauliflower and drain. Put pasta in already boiling water and cook according to package directions. Saute garlic in olive oil, add cauliflower, then add pasta and mix thoroughly. Add pasta water to pan if too dry. Top with toasted bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
